I finished an old ink drawing with digital drawing. I started drawing this a few years ago when I started training seriously how to draw details. Before 2020 I didn't have much patience for details so 99% of the time I just did quick sketches. I ruined the original drawing with a coloring experiment but luckily I scan my bigger pictures many times during the drawing process in case I fuck them up.

Hoping to #leverage the immense #global #attention on the #Oscars this week, an organised #Yanomami association called the #URIHI partnered with #Brazilian #creative agency, and part of #DDBLatina , #DM9 . With an #artist who specialises in the region’s #Indigenous #craft , they created alternate Oscar #statues based on Yanomami #divinity #Omama - importantly, not made from #gold & sent them to this year’s #OscarNominees .

Following a Masters at #Oxford, for which he raised money by writing to hundreds of potential donors, #Rajpopat started his #PhD at St John’s College and #Cambridge’s Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies in 2017 on a full #scholarship funded by the Cambridge Trust and the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. I recently discovered at 45 that I have #ADHD so I have started several degrees but never finished one yet.
