My MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021, Apple M1 Pro, Sequoia 15.3.1) gets Apple Intelligence (meh), but now Reminders will no longer organize items into sections on groceries lists.
My iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 18.3.1) has no problem organizing them.

Trying out the new (whoops, not new: iOS 17) groceries option in Reminders. It has a few handy options for making this type of list easier to manage, such as automatic categorization.
But I think it could use a little polish.

I can't overstate how big of a godsend "send later" features are. When someone at work asks me to remind them of something, I immediately create a message in Teams and set it to send later when they wanted a reminder.
They don't have to remember, I don't have to remember, it's not on anyone's to do list in the meantime, and it just happens.

Why, oh, why, does #Thunderbird still implement focus-stealing task/date #reminders on #macos ? When I'm typing #emails and am in my flow, it is immensely frustrating to have the cursor taken away from the mail editing window to focus on the #reminder. Is there any way to turn this behavior off, other than not using the reminder system at all ? It has got to be my number 1 bugbear for #Thunderbird. Not surprising why people move to webmail clients instead.

I mean, #Reminders is even good for the #GTD system. And today I just realized it has swipe commands.
I think it's kind of amazing that #Apple has quietly made #Notes and #Reminders some of the most useful and powerful to-do and notes apps anywhere, but they never talk about them.
