An idea inspired by @gilest's recent post https://gilest.org/hire-more-writers.html. It could help to have a go-to resource (a blog, perhaps) written by writers that explains why this is important, how it's going, what's coming next. I'm sure there are some terrific #Writers and #ContentStrategy people on #BlackMastodon or allies. Comms is vital. It also helps leakage of energy having to explain same issues over and over. It's one of the most powerful areas of expertise.
