モバイルで検索ウィジェットからブックマークしたウェブページにアクセスする方法

Android や iOS で Vivaldi ブラウザを開いてスピードダイヤルをタップすると、ブックマークしたページに素早くアクセスできます。でも、スピードダイヤルの数が多かったり、スタートページにブックマークを追加していなかったりした場合、ブックマークから必要なページを探すのには時間がかかってしまいます。

ブックマークにニックネームを付ければ、検索欄にニックネームを入力するだけで素早く開けます。また、ブラウザを最初に開くことなく、検索ウィジェットから直接開くことができます。

モバイルに検索ウィジェットを追加するには、Android に関しては こちら、iOS に関しては こちら から、それぞれインストラクションを確認してください。

ブックマークにニックネームを付けるには：

  1. ブックマークパネルを開く
  2. ニックネームをつけたいブックマークを確認する
  3. 該当するブックマークを長押しして「編集」を選択する（Android では鉛筆アイコンを選択する）
  4. ブックマークに短いニックネームを付ける
  5. 「完了」をタップする

ウィジェットからブックマークしたウェブサイトを開く

  1. ホーム画面の検索ウィジェットをタップする
  2. ニックネームを入力する
  3. 「移動」をタップする

Go to bookmarked web pages on mobile from the search widget.

Opening the Vivaldi browser on Android or iOS and tapping on a Speed Dial is already a quick way to go to a bookmarked page, but what if you have a lot of Speed Dials or you haven’t added the bookmark to your Start Page? Then browsing through the bookmarks to find the right one can take longer.

When you give your bookmarks nicknames, on the other hand, you can open them quickly by typing the nickname in the search field. And why not do that directly from the Search Widget without opening the browser first?

To add the Search Widget on mobile check out the instrcutions for Android here and for iOS here.

To give a bookmark a nickname:

  1. Open the Bookmarks Panel.
  2. Find the bookmark you want to give a nickname to.
  3. Long-press on it and select “Edit” (pencil icon on Android).
  4. Give the bookmark a short nickname.
  5. Tap “Done”.

To open a bookmarked website from the widget.

  1. Tap on the Search Widget on the home screen.
  2. Type the nickname.
  3. Tap “Go”.

iOS 版 Vivaldi で保存したパスワードに iPhone のホーム画面から直接アクセスしよう

Vivaldi ブラウザでは閲覧しているサイトでログイン情報を自動入力できるのに加え、iPhone や iPad の他のアプリでも自動入力することができます。Vivaldi の設定に移動すれば保存したパスワードを表示することができますが、ホーム画面にウィジェットを追加してワンタップで表示することもできます。

パスワードマネージャー のウィジェットを追加するには：

  1. ホーム画面で長押しする
  2. 右上の「編集」をタップして「ウィジェットを追加」を選択する
  3. Vivaldi を確認してタップする
  4. パスワードマネージャーのオプションにスワイプする
  5. 「ウィジェットを追加」をタップする

Access passwords you’ve saved in Vivaldi on iOS directly from your iPhone’s home screen.

In addition to auto-filling login credentials on websites you’re browsing in the Vivaldi browser, you can auto-fill them in other apps on your iPhone and iPad. One way to view your saved passwords is to go to Settings in Vivaldi and find them there, but you can also add a widget to the home screen to get to them with one tap.

To add the Passwords Manager widget:

  1. Long-press on the home screen.
  2. Tap on “Edit” in the top right corner and select “Add Widget”.
  3. Find Vivaldi and tap on it.
  4. Swipe to the Password Manager option.
  5. Tap “Add Widget”.

Google is bringing lock screen widgets (back) to Android with Android 16. Already available for the Pixel Tablet, they show dynamic info and let you interact with apps without unlocking. iPhone Tip. Home Screen Widgets Part 2, 😄. Since widgets can take up a lot of real-estate on your home screen, if you want multiple widgets, but do not want that much of your home screen taken up. Then do not forget that widgets can be stacked like a deck of cards! You create a stack just like moving apps. Get on one widget, flick down to edit, then flick and choose drag widget. Move to the other widget, flick down and choose create or add to stack. To move from widget to widget putting the one you want on top, just get on the stack and swipe up or down with 3 fingers.
