I’m curious about other email apps (Mac and iOS). Anyone use Canary, or know much about it?

I’m not super interested in its AI stuff, and their privacy statement seems solid. It has a few smaller features which could make a big difference for the way I work or want to work with email (like the option to just pin messages, not make them disappear or get a notification about them).
