If I do my long run tomorrow, I could join some kind of trail run on Sunday. On Saturday I'm the race director of parkrun. The original plan was to do the longrun after the parkrun breakfast.
Or I could go cycling tomorrow, be lazy on Saturday and do the longrun (non trail) on Sunday.
Anyway, taking bets if my Spanish friend finally is brave enough to join for his first parkrun :) I say it's 50/50 ;)
