Micha<p>40,5K mit voll bepackter Laufweste, im hügeligen Gelände und das Ganze bei 26 Grad. Es war für mich recht hart, hat aber auch richtig Spaß gemacht. <br>Besonders weil irgendwie alles gepasst hat. Laufttempo, Gehpausen, Schuhe, Verpflegung, Sortierung in der Laufweste, Schweissbänder usw..<br>Die Angst vor Ü40K ist bei mir seit heute vollkommen verflogen. Her jumping/darting/rushing to the left, then right and a dead stop right infront of you, while hunting for wee critters, makes a run more technical than it needs to be.</p><p>Clicked about in the T'interweb and ended up on weather.com, which said this morning wouldn't be a good time for a run. Well, they are clearly not Danish, 16c, overcast, light rain with a gentle wind, makes it perfect running weather. The Fediverse Cat<p>Ran 5k on the trail today after work, because people hate trees and they forget the city gets unbearably hot when there isn’t tree cover. You'll then be treated to 30 minutes of threshold block during your next workout. Johan Barelds 🇪🇺<p>The Veluwezoom trail run went as planned today. The goal was an average pace of 7min/km. To achieve that, I'd decided to run the first 20km at my base heart rate of 129. If I still had some energy left in the last 10km, I could let go. And that's pretty much how it went. Hatte vor gut 1,5 Jahren angefangen, regelmäßig zu laufen &amp; auch für meine Verhältnisse gute Fortschritte gemacht, fange aber nach Krankheitspause in ein paar Wochen wieder neu an hoffentlich nicht ganz bei Null. Mel S.<p>Seit ich selbst wieder laufe, finde ich es schade, dass hier unter den entsprechenden Hashtags praktisch keine Anfänger*innen schreiben. Micha<p>Die ersten 12K sind in den neuen Brooks gelaufen. Ich hatte ihn für gechillte Läufe 🏃🏻‍♂️ bis max. 15K gekauft und für das ist er auch bestens geeignet 👍<br>Laut Runner's World ist mein Brooks Ghost 16 der beliebteste stabile Laufschuh in Deutschland. Einerseits kann ich das verstehen. Andererseits ist der Schuh recht schmal geschnitten. Für meine Füsschen prima.
