Over the last week, I've spent some time digging in to "Nosh Kosh," the Jewish Pac-Man clone for the Apple II that's all about kashrut — Jewish dietary law.

Along the way, I've run into bugs, mapped out level designs, and calculated checksums to figure out how many versions there are.

Die Kirschen werden reif!

Ich starre fassungslos den Baum im Nachbargarten an. Sie haben aber auch außergewöhnlich früh geblüht.

Hab jetzt den phänologischen Kalender konsultiert. Die Definition von "Beginn Fruchtreife" ist "vollreife Früchte an 3 Stellen der Pflanze". Heute vielleicht noch nicht (was ist schon "vollreif", ich seh sie ja nur aus der Ferne, aber da sind durchaus schon mehr als drei rote Kirschen), aber morgen oder übermorgen ist es sicher soweit.

Heute im Kochlabor: Grießpudding mit Kirschsauce und Kardamom-Zimt-Streuseln:-)
