¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz pineapple juice
½ oz passion fruit syrup
½ oz Aperol
1½ oz Tequila reposado
float Peychauds bitters
Garnish: pineapple frond
Method: Combine all ingredients except bitters in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over a large rock of clear ice, float the bitters, and garnish.
Found on IG anatomyofadrink who credits IG ed_tales. The build reminded me of a Jungle Bird, but the taste is not really so similar. Great summer tequila cocktail for that person you know who loves bitter in their drinks.
