John Dal<p>I scraped this recipe from a USA video on YouTube which I can no longer find. It's the most yummy Swedish-style rye sourdough ever. A guest house owner, two self-styled bread experts, a Danish friend and his family and the band I used to be in have all said it was the best bread they had ever tasted. Method: Use an atomizer to rinse your serving glass with absinthe. Combine the remaining ingredients in a stirring glass with ice and stir. Strain into the glass, express lemon peel, and use as garnish.<br>

Another boozy stir for a cold winter night. This version of the legendary cocktail comes from the book Cure: New Orleans drinks and how to mix 'em, page 29. I finally found an affordable bottle of Sazerac in Germany and thought the titular cocktail was the logical test pilot. For the photo I also tested a new lighting setup. Not 100% happy with it, but you gotta start somewhere.<br>

Adrianna Tan<p>I've been exploring breads from all over the world. I picked up a loaf of Lithuanian rye bread. I actually like it a lot (more than a lot of other rye bread I've tried). Not sure how it differs from other styles. 2 dashes bitters<br>
½ oz pineapple demerara syrup<br>
¼ oz falernum<br>
½ oz Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶<br>
1½ oz rye<br>

Garnish: dehydrated pineapple<br>
Method: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over a large rock and garnish.<br>

The other day I made some homemade pineapple demerara syrup, and a few hours after bottling it I saw this spec from <a class="u-url mention" href="https://pixelfed.social/boozyANDsour" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@boozyANDsour</a>! It's a true delight. I reprinted the spec as-is, but personally I go heavy on the rum and lighter on rye. Recipe for syrup at the second link:<br>

Robert George 𓇳𓃀𓁹𓏏𓇥𓆓𓀀<p>Trying a new cocktail :cocktails: tonight: a Blue Manhattan<br>I was looking at cocktail kits and saw this one, but it was out of stock. Fortunately, they had the Pasubio & the cocktail blueberries in stock individually, so I figured I could still manage it. I’m not familiar with Pasubio, so I was a little disappointed it wasn’t actually blue, but it is pretty tasty.
