For those of you who have been following my #BestBuy saga (federate.social/@jik/112253856), my brother was down in NYC today, so he went to the store in person and lo and behold, they've had the computer sitting on a shelf there for weeks and never texted, called, or emailed me or updated the web site to show that the computer was ready for pickup.

Agent says there's no evidence of previous request, but HE is going to create one. No callback. I can't go in person because store is in NYC and I'm in Boston. This is bullshit. 1/2

@jasonkoebler I wonder if this has something to do with the fact that the computer I recently brought to them for repair has supposedly been in transit from their repair center back to the store where I dropped it off _since March 11_.
(Normally I would neither buy computers from Best Buy nor get them repaired there, but this is my elderly uncle's computer and he prefers Best Buy, so 🤷.)
