Another reflection of the Hoftoren in The Hague. But in another canal, a lot further away. There are now other buildings in front of and next to it. There is also the right wind for this kind of reflection. Not too much that you can no longer see a pattern, not too little that you can really distinguish the buildings. For #WaterfallWednesday, I wanted to show you #Magdeburg's own "Cracau waterfall" (yes, this is the official name with #Cracau being the name of the district 😄), which, or course, is not a real waterfall, but a small #weir on a cut-off meander of the #Elbe river that controls the water level of the regular Elbe.
As you can see, with the ongoing #drought, only a pitiful amount of water trickles through the small sluice in the middle. 😞 Photo was taken on Sunday

I fought the #sun and the sun won 😅 Oh well, I'm calling the lens flare "artistic" and post anyway!

This little #pond is right by the entrance to my village. The #eveningSun was so beautiful, and very bright. But I love the #reflections in that pond (I have quite a few of it in the morning sun too, don't know if I posted one already).
I had some me time this afternoon and cycled to the Elbauenpark, where I took gazillions of photos of flowers, landscapes, and art installations. Apologies in advance that you may have to see some of them at some point. 🙈
