It was exceedingly difficult to get four hours blocked out from meeting conflicts for two months straight so that this mandated activity would have my undivided attention.
In what world would anyone conceive that sending a reschedule notification to a different weekday and time into already scheduled meetings' times would be acceptable?
In what world would anyone conceive doing so four minutes prior to the scheduled start would be a good look?

DEI initiatives were all #performative #bullshit anyway. Really heavy on crafting a public image, with plenty of internal and external #propaganda and #marketing. #Target is not interested in actually supporting marginalized communities, just increasing profits.

This road is NOT "being built for the COP30 climate summit"! This is #bullshit framing.
Belem is a city with over a million inhabitants, over 2 million in the area. It doesn't need a new road for 50,000 COP visitors who will leave again afterwards.
This road is built for the same reasons all highways are build: to fuel a car dependent lifestyle and economy. It has nothing to do with a COP.
