@eugenialoli
Yes @darktable has 16bit but on some raw formats it does not seem to work and the color profiles handling seems to be completely broken. At least all my RAW images do not look like they should with the correct color profiles.

Yes gimp got slightly better with the GTK3 release, but the UX is still unintuitive, even compared to Photoshop that is also bad TBH, I regularly see new people using it and stuff is just also not working like a modern user think they would work. I still don’t find an option to mask non destructive filters and I always thought that this is one of the most important feature for non-destructive filter layers.

Your resolve claim is simply not true, and I see it everywhere. There is a Github repo packaging it as Flatpak, and it works with Nvidia, there could be a ROCM Flatpak runtime extension for the Freedesktop runtime. This is also a project on Github that once even worked with the resolve Flatpak build. But ROCM is broken as fuck, #blackmagic should give us a Vulcan option for #resolve on Linux.

Oh my!

The #Blackmagic URSA Cine 17K 65 camera really is a BEAST!

The next major version of #NeoFinder for #macOS will of course support the gigantic BRAW files of this camera in full. And not just for thumbnails and metadata, so stay tuned!

This massive pixel size has shown us a couple of places in our code where we needed to improve a couple of tings.

If you are interested in beta testing, please contact us.

Gibt's heute also keine Lautheits-Überwachung heute.

@samvarma It’s not so much data storing, but collaboration/sharing on the same project. I find Avid’s bin system and media management to be the best for the kinds of things we did on Big Little Lies and Sharp Objects. But Resolve just released some new stuff this summer with v19 that looks pretty decent for sharing sequences. I’m curious if it’s been used in the wild.

This is Saming her name comes from:

Suea Saming (เสือสมิง), a male or female who transformed into a tiger as a result of the power of black magic. Suea Saming is similar to a Skin-walker or Werecat.

Samings life attitude is: you don't mess with me and I don't mess with you. This is expressed with a voracious salvo of bites and scratches in the event of unsolicited petting.

Here's a neat trick for SWD/JTAG-debugging boards that use scary voltages, when you're afraid of toasting your computer: Some wonderful person on github has ported the #blackmagic firmware to those dirt cheap ESP8266 wifi modules (the cheaper old generation), so you can just plonk down an ESP-01 footprint and your target shows up on your wifi with a GDB remote exposed on a TCP port.

It's hacky as hell, but I got it to build for a stock 1MB flash module.
