The airfield hosts #Su-34, #Su-35S, and #Su-30SM jets that #Russia regularly uses in air strikes against Ukraine, according to the military. The strike may have destroyed a training and #combat aircraft, with further assessments underway.

In the past 4 mos, the #Pentagon has sent thousands of active-duty #combat #troops & armored Stryker combat vehicles to the SW border to confront what Trump declared on his 1st day in office was an “invasion” of migrants, drug cartels & smugglers.

That’s not all. The military has also dispatched U-2 spy planes, #surveillance drones, helicopters & even 2 Navy #warships to surveil the borders & coasts round the clock.
