Distressed denim jeans with fitted long sleeve top and white sneakers. Then same with a denim jacket. Trying for an every day casual look.

Some specific questions:

- Belt with jeans? Yay or Nay?
- Distressed denim. This seemed cool but is this an outdated style right now?
- Length of jeans, they are too short for my fit, almost feel like capris. I could wear with knee high boots though.
- denim jacket with denim pants? Am i crazy?
- jacket open or buttoned up? I really had to squeeze into it 😅

I got a pair of Levis six months ago made of heavy denim. The website didn't say that they were pre-distressed. When I got them they were distressed at the hem, and there was one tiny little worn spot between the front pocket and the zipper.

This morning, I pulled them out of the laundry to find that the little worn spot has become a hole the size of my pinky. I am going to have to figure out a way to fix this. But it feels like this unreported pre-distressing is a scam meant to make you replace your clothes more frequently. #ThrowawayCulture #clothing #jeans #consumerism

Ich habe hier einen Stapel alter, kaputter #Jeans rumliegen. Alle mit durchgescheuertem Schritt vom Radfahren. 100% Baumwolle.

Gibt es hier Leute, die daraus etwas #upcycle wollen? Sind in #Aachen, am liebsten per Abholung, aber mal wird sich bestimmt einig.

Today's top thrift find were these two pairs of jeans with really unique side openings.

They were kind of a serendipitous find... They caught my eye because they were unique, but they were in the size 24 plus women's section, but looked a lot smaller than a US 24... and the more I looked at them, I was thinking they looked more like a US 16 or 18. So, I tried them on and they fit... mostly.

The jeans themselves fit pretty perfectly, in fact I'm not sure I've had more perfectly fitting jeans... but the waistband feels like it's just a teeny tiny bit too snug, but also these sit pretty high waisted so I'm not sure if they actually are too snug.
