Fyi, @hakamadare got me these "hot dates" for my birthday this week. I honestly love them. I recommend the spicy ones especially, but coffee is also excellent. If you can resist eating a whole package at once, I commend you! 
Turns out, a person in my local gardening mutual aid group started this company, and the packaging is compostable and everything!

On 23 July, 2006, my oldest son, Ryan, deployed to SW Asia, called me. His vehicle was in a convoy on its way to Mosul, where I’d been in 2004.
Despite being just weeks from coming home, the kid volunteered for the mission because, he said, he wanted to see some of what I’d seen in northern Iraq. Then, he had to go and said “I love you, dad.” Those were the last words my oldest son ever said to me. A little more than a week later, Ryan was KIA.

We typically call date syrup “Silan” in Israel but the literal translation in Hebrew is רוטב תמרים “dates syrup.”

Having some language difficulties with a user today - and I'm beginning to suspect I'm going mad.
Today is Friday.
To me, three days' time is this Monday, and next Monday is ten days away.
To them, next Monday is in three days' time, and this Monday was four days ago.
To me, moving something back means delaying it, moving something forwards means making it earlier.
To them, moving a date forwards involves making it later, and moving a date back means making it earlier - I can understand that, as that's what you do with the date in the calendar, however...
They want to "move next Tuesday's activity back to next Monday"
What they actually want to do is move this Tuesday's activity forward to this Monday.
They are getting annoyed with me because I apparently I don't know how to do dates properly.
Who's right? Them? Me? Mixture/depends?
