Here is a fairly recent ( I really must get around to updating my website with these!) Kids' Drawing story make for a wee girl, who was very specific with her instructions to me on the drawing, and then also via her Mum who ensured I made the head cream and not yellow, gave her blue eyes, and added in the brown fringe 😊 I decided to also add the rest of the hair and make the hoodie removable from the head and added a little green skirt and some black shoes.

Pleased that I got my toy train database figured out earlier. Now it's trivial to spin up my MariaDB Docker container, and add stuff whenever I have the inkling or time, as well as saving the data to a backup .sql file at the end of every edit session. Happy Chris! 😀

These are all the words extracted from the bop it extreme, the one with spin it, shake it and flick it. I originally did this back in 2023 so that way I could use ElevenLabs to clone this guy. I recorded all this with my computer with studio recorder, then cut out all the music from the toy, but only leaving this guy talking in the file. Does anybody else still have one? #Toys #BopIt

🧵 Adding stuff to my toy trains database is time consuming! I've got 3 reference works open on my desk, so I can record the correct relevant details... just adding a few Lionel signals from the 1920s.

Fortunately, I have most of what I need for references. When I started collecting (2007), our local library had many reference works available. But then I noticed they started getting rid of them.
