Can’t help but notice no mention is made of this iconic bear’s #refugee status though.

Norwich likes to trade on its literature status as a City of Stories, but I would like more made of the fact we are also a City of Sanctuary. We need to highlight that fact more than ever in today’s febrile climate.

Cet après-midi, je découvre pour la 1ère fois Little Venice et le quartier Paddington, ces coins pittoresques de Londres.
Tout d'abord, c'est très tranquille et beaucoup plus "Nature" que le reste de la ville, on peut se balader tranquillement le long du Canal, à côté des péniches, cygnes et oies.
J'ai pu apercevoir le Bateau Waterside, les vieilles maisons en pierre typique de l'Angleterre.

"Paddington in Peru" has been released in the U.K., and apparently it's not a worthy successor to the two previous movies in the franchise. "Everything you want is there, it's just not as good as it was in 2017," says @BBCNews's Nicholas Barber, who blames a few key departures — director Paul King and his co-writer, Simon Farnaby, plus Emily Mortimer taking over from Sally Hawkins as Mrs. Brown — for the film's lack of magic.

Yesterday, we went on a trip to #Penzance in #Cornwall. There is a direct #RailwayLine running from here to #London #Paddington. My local station is about half way along this 6-hour route and I’ve been on the London leg many time and so I thought it would be nice to go to the end of the line in the other direction. There are lots of #RailwayStations with strange names, like #Lostwithiel and #StErth and so it was nice to pass through them on our way.

Dear Lydia who works at Sony Pictures somewhere close to Paddington station, thank you for your help from the Bakerloo platforms to #Paddington mainline today. Thank you for taking 10+ minutes of what was supposed to be the start of your work day to get me where I needed to be.
Paddington was super-busy this morning due to every single mainline train being canceled due to an incident on the line, so getting staff help was next to impossible, but you stayed with me until help could be found.
I genuinely appreciate your time, effort and kindness.
You will likely never see this, but just know you're appreciated.
I hope you still had time to get your pistachio lat from the cafe you mentioned.
