It sounded like he said the astronaut landed on mescalin.

Anyway. #thinkaboutthis @alexskolnick

There isn't a popular #MedicalScience focused on people who had #brainDamage, experienced a #recovery, and experience #IQ on overdrive.

It's noticeable if you haven't had that for a while. Like realizing there's no longer pain, after taking #glucosamine for a while. That-- at least-- is remarkable.

Why is there #nothing on TV but #politics #racism and the #wealthy #rich #wealth #exhibitionists

I put this #SpaceScience channel on. That's good. What else can I learn? Did you ever notice that? There is nothing about how to #solider or test #amperage
Why?
That's is #oldtechnology
What year is the advent of the #transistor? @AceArsenault

In retrospect, I noticed it when I was young but more interested in #guitar #wizardry than whatever they were doing on #FullHouse

Makes sense now, in #perspective
No wonder I never watched TV.
#epiphany

I want to write more about that, but I have other things to do. There's simply not enough #time

Anyone?

Major cause of inflammatory bowel disease found

This is very serious business. Going on memory, my barber needed surgery because of long-term use of medication for Crohn's disease. He died of some complication from the surgery. He had the surgery, he seemed to be recovering well, and then, quite suddenly, he was gone.

If you know someone suffering from Long Covid, they and their doctors need to read this piece in the American Journal of Emergency Medicine.

Three patients with severe Long Covid received monoclonal antibodies and "rapidly returned to normal health and previous lifestyles/occupations [...] still sustained to date over two years later."

What is most interesting here, to me, is the hope that tests for patients may result from this study's findings and that medical scientists may learn that a one-size-fits-all approach may not be best.

HILDA WEYL SOKOL, 1928-2022

A 1981 symposium co-sponsored by Hilda Sokol of Dartmouth Medical School called to our attention, hereabouts, a sometimes neglected local hero, the Brattleboro Rat. The Rat has been a very useful creature in various medical research fields, ranging from diabetes to learning differences to depression. When I bring up this topic, people typically think I am joking; but actually it is very serious. We should raise a giant Brattleboro Rat statue in Pliny Park.

Many prestigious institutions and publications have posted learned articles about the Brattleboro Rat.
