My children know me as someone who always works, who also always makes time for them, and who hardly ever takes time out for himself. Today a friend (also a godmother to the girls) asked me to join her for a chamber music concert, as she had a spare ticket. I said yes, but I felt slightly guilty not to work or else not to do things with my daughters.

Instead, the girls were excited for me. They enjoyed my getting into my formal evening attire, and afterwards they wanted to know how it went. They were happy for me.

They (unlike I) know that I too need my own time.

So glad I went. So proud of my daughters.

📣Who Enjoys Paying 💵 for #SEX with #UnderAge Girls. However, ANY time the 🏳️‍⚧️ #TransBathroom 🚽 topic comes up, they want to grab their Bibles & Scream #FamilyValues & How their underage #Daughters are #Victims of #TransRights & the #Woke Leftist.

🧐 #IRONIC how that Works.

The documentary includes a 10 week group fatherhood counseling program in the prison. We also see conversations with the girls who would get to see the fathers who made it through the program.

The girls involved ranged in age from about 5 up to early teens. [...]

We watched #EverythingEverywhereAllAtOnce for the first time last night. What an utterly gorgeous mind-trip of an entertaining movie. I can't pick one thing to describe my reaction to, because I loved EVERYTHING 😄 about it. So...screenshots!

And, as the daughter of a mother as well as the mother of a daughter, I just have to say...the mother-daughter-mother relationship is COMPLICATED.
