My weekend project:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ FivestaRSS: a small service that pulls your app’s reviews from the App Store and Google Play into an RSS feed.

You can then connect the feed to Slack, Discord, or anywhere else that supports RSS.

Easy to deploy: no database needed, just a simple XML file as persistent storage per app.

A friend is building an app to help immigrants detained by ICE.

It's a web app currently, but is intended to be a mobile app.

Anyone have experience building and deploying mobile apps and interested in volunteering time to help a new app with a good cause?

Feel free to share with others or boost for reach.

Xcode 26's #SwiftUI API files have a combined 26,000 lines of diffs, but most is noise. We'll take the meaningful bits, use an LLM to generate stubs, then begin implementing important APIs for #AndroidDev! Of course your Swift will get the updates to Foundation, etc for free

Going to be interviewed by the #EU next week as part of their review of #mobile App Stores from #Google, #Apple and others.

If you're an #androiddev or #iosdev and want your opinion to be heard then fill out the survey at ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/c.

If you're a user of their #appstore and have opinions to share there's a user-focused survey at ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/b.
