Do people pronounce "disgust" and "discussed" the same way?

I think I end with my tongue against my top teeth with "disgust" but my bottom teeth with "discussed".

I have a lisp which I'm trying to reduce, so I don't know if it's just me as my tongue struggles and my brain is confused and hesitant.
