Last night, we had the absolute honour of playing the legendary #Elpasooccupato in #Turin. A dream come true: The place is like a castle of punkness.

Thank goodness no one has succeeded in buying it over yet. In perverting it into yet another fashionable product which signals independence, autonomy & individuality, all the while staying on the right side of the line so it can be sold to consumers in exchange for cash.

Landmine squats today. Not lifting as heavy as I used to, but my range of motion is still fantastic. As the coach says, any lower and I'd be leaving a stain.

Afterwards, I did box stepups, Cossack squats, and a bunch of stretches. Walking to and from the gym adds about 6km. Not nearly as fit as I was, but still not too shabby for my age. Feeling kinda wobbly now. Hoping I'll have enough left in the tank to write when I get home. #FitAfter50 #squats #WeightTraining
