I don't think it's a problem that #MarkCarney owns shares in 100s of companies, but if his blind trust contains US$8M in options for Brookfield, yes that does create many conflicts of interest. As the #CPC has suggested, those options ought to be exercised, then the manager of the blind trust can reinvest the money elsewhere.

It's surprising that Mr. Carney didn't do so when he became PM, and disappointing that he wasn't more honest with Canadians.

CBC News · Does Mark Carney really have 574 conflicts of interest? | About ThatBy CBC News

CBC is now Petrostate Media.
1. The photo caption says steam emissions, ignores the flarestack that doesn't emit any steam.
2. The tarsands "is akin to a mine"...three paragraphs later "an oilsands mine".
3. "[Canada's oilsands] are not geopolitically risky"

When do Canadians get reliable media back, or am I stupidly looking backward with rose coloured glasses?

Carney can cancel the additional funds to CBC of they go toward CBC Propaganda News that appears to have been written by American Petro CEOs.

Ha ha ha ha, imagine corrupt CBC saying "don't spend more money expanding oil" ha ha ha "CBC says we have to build hundreds of offshore wind farms," lol ha ha ha "hydro electricity is falling because global warming is taking water from dams, that's why forests are burning, we need solar to replace hydro!! The CBC said(never)"

Imagine CBC being honest, imagine the CBC not kneeling in front of oil execs. Imagine the CBC being helpful.

Canada's disgraceful #CBC news has this item already sliding off the main feed after a more important story on a blank stare kids have been doing on social media.

'Eyewitnesses told CBC News that guards at the site used pepper spray, tear gas and sound bombs directed at them.'

CBCAt least 19 killed in stampede at Gaza food distribution site | CBC NewsAt least 20 Palestinians were killed on Wednesday at an aid distribution site run by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), in what the U.S.-backed group said was a crowd surge instigated by armed agitators.

Listening to hosts trying out for the CBC Radio One show in Edmonton is painful. What I hear is Tara McCarthy spitting venom at rivals for the top job. Any chance Marcy Markusa would come from Winnipeg? Maybe bring in Min Dhariwal and move Tara to the afternoon.

One of these headlines is not like the other...

The CBC isn't sure if antisemitic messages are disgusting? Yes, they're quoting, but they could quote the way the Guardian did, but instead they quote the disgusting term, making this the part people question.

It's subtle, but it's part of the CBC pattern on Jew hatred.

Jason Markusoff's fake news saliva is still coating smiths's toes. What a pandering POS propaganda piece by #CBC yet again.

Even Post-truthmedia admits that MAGA smith is failing via Leger polling: "Smith saw the largest net negative change of any provincial political leader, dropping 22 percentage points in the past six months."

No links for propaganda.
