Wir immer im kreuzpunkt im viertel, in der Annemarie-Renger-Str. 1g in Mainz

Und WAS?

Zu unserem Mitbringbrunch könnt ihr bringen, wozu auch immer ihr Lust habt - einzige Auflage ist, dass es vegan sein muss! Also: packt etwas Leckeres ein und kommt vorbei!

Damit wir einen Überblick behalten können, bitten wir euch, euch vorher bei uns anzumelden. Das könnt ihr entweder hier bei Instagram per Nachricht, über unsere E-Mail, Signal, WhatsApp oder Facebook (alles im Link im Profil).

Es ist eine Küche vor Ort, und es gibt genug Teller, Besteck, etc für bis zu 30 Leute. Sollten es mehr werden, geben wir euch Bescheid ;)

Bloody hell this was good. Just had breakfast at Zeppelin Kitchen (great name) in North Brighton.

This is their Szechuan Chilli Eggs with Chilli Oil, Szechuan Chilli & Peanut Sauce, Fresh Chilli, Crispy Shallots, Spring Onion, Bean Shoots, Coriander, served with Ssamjang Sauce on Seeded Sourdough with Sesame Mushrooms. Very tasty.

'Four Kilo Fish threads diverse Yunnanese flavours through its approachable food menu, too. You can have chilli scrambled eggs but it will be seasoned with house-made spicy sauce. There’s a cheesy beef mince sando laced with mint, a traditional meat flavouring.

'Lemongrass chicken on rice nods to Yunnan’s proximity to south-east Asian neighbours such as Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam.

'The Yunnanese “bolognese” on rice is Joey Chen’s purest comfort food, a soupy soul-warming pork mince stir-fry with tomato, chilli and mushrooms, served with a fried egg to steer it to brunch territory.'

A salad with one spoonful of Olive oil & sanbaizu dressing, miso soup, pieces of sweet potato with four spoonful of Perilla oil, and coffee.

A salad with broccoli, spinach, a carrot, and a canned sardine. Sanbaizu is a standard sunomono dressing, a mixture of equal parts vinegar, soy sauce and mirin. Miso soup with spinach, and a carrot.
