Pain in the arse copying the text as share exports a text file which needs to be saved and won't open direct in any text editor due to corruptor or unsupported file type. Google drive save and open worked in the end.

At least the don’t seem to have eaten anything that can’t easily be replaced this time (there was no food in there they just chewed up be expensive lightweight waterproof) and the weather IS nice too

With so much of US public land in chaos, it seems that I picked a weird time to move into a camper van. The most obvious change is that national parks have announced that many campsites are closed until further notice.
They're also cancelling kid's summer camps and I feel for parents who are counting on them.
This channel covers the news for RV folks and has been a pretty good source of info.

Left this message taped to a washing machine in a caravan park today. I don't like being passive-aggressive, so hopefully this is fairly light hearted while still getting the message across. The office had closed for the night and we will be long gone by the time they open up in the morning.

I wonder why more solo van builders who are short enough to fit in side-to-side beds don't use cab bunks that fit over the front driver and passenger seats. The cab is often wasted space when not driving and putting the bed there opens up the cargo area quite a bit. The A and B columns can support the weight, I think.
I'm too tall so I have a front-to-back bed / bench seat. The front passenger seat swivels to create another place to sit when it's raining and cold.
