Today I got a letter from my daughter’s school with the results from a lead/PFAS test funded by the EPA—an agency the Trump administration has repeatedly tried to cut funding for.

This sponsorship protects our children from drinking water with lead in it while they are at school.

While it's great that "charity" is in quotes, it would be better to call it what it is:

a private LLC.

Rather than follow the rules that the rest of us follow, they claim their venture is "philanthropic" but opted-out of rules that apply for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.

⭐ Journalists keep referring to it as a nonprofit -- which cheapens legitimate charities like ours.

No surprise that these weasels are leaning into their #bigotry.
