Just wrote my first review on The Movie Database (TMDB). It is to IMDB what Wikipedia is to The World Book Encyclopedia. My overall thoughts on it are I want to like it and use it, because Fuck Amazon. It doesn't feel as good when looking things up for patrons at work, but that might just be because I don't know it's layout as well.

What I really like about it, beyond not being Amazon, is how clean it is. IMDB has cluttered up their website so much that I just don't like using it.

My review was more a post here than a true review. We'll see if it's approved.

Anyway, I wrote a review for "The Shape of Things to Come (1979). In short, don't watch it without seeing the Rifftrax or MS3K versions. Just dull AF and the two female leads being attractive does NOT make up for the knockoff R2-D2. Or Jack Palance. Or the rest of it.

The explosion was cool.

So yeah. Check out TMDB.
