It seems to be very early on a Monday morning, judging by the annoyed expression on his face behind the mask.

Streetartwall. A self-drawn paste-up of a man fishing has been stuck on a white street wall. The young man is dressed in dark clothes, wearing a cap with earflaps and boots. The picture is placed above a public junction box so that it looks as if he is sitting there at a harbor and fishing. But ... The sea in front of him is dark red and full of blue shark fins swimming around in the water.
Info: The artist Charles Leval, alias Levalet, sets himself apart from the usual forms of street art, as his scenes, lovingly drawn with ink on paper, show life-size figures in often surreal and absurd situations. They often fill long walls and are often told as serial stories.

The figure has an oval head and a large black "X" in place of facial features. The male is dressed in a white sweater, black pants and sports shoes. He is surrounded by four cats in four colors sitting on him and next to him. He is holding up a poster with the inscription "Vie de chien", which can be translated into English as "dog's life".

Mocha and Turkish delight to start your week!

(from a Cypriot restaurant where we had a lovely Greek Turkish dinner some days ago)

Eine kleine Moccatasse aus weißem Porzellan auf einer mit Ornamenten verzierten blauweißen Untertasse. Die Tasse ist mit dunkelbraunem Mokka gefüllt. Auf der Untertasse liegt daneben ein hellgelbes, mit Kokosflocken bestäubtes Geleekonfekt, in dem ein Zahnstocher steckt.

Streetartwall. A funny mural with a fried egg was sprayed/painted on the huge concrete pillars under a bridge. The large concrete wall has a V-shape that forms a corner in the middle. The background is plain green and a huge fried egg is stuck to the wall. The egg white is spread on all sides. Three men in yellow full-body protective clothing stand in front of the fried egg and look at the suspicious object. The very idea of painting a fried egg under a road bridge is just pretty great.
