"Shift Register Random Calvados Voltage"

How about a track made on my 54hp lunchbox #eurorack #modular #synth, with some rhythm also generated by the synth? Using the #Disting Mk4 algorithm F6, the shift register random quantized voltage function and frequency divider for the percussions. #korg #volca #mix compressor used to create part of the rests and syncopation. Food related? Calvados.

"Crawfish Bucket Brigade".
Another track added to my Lunchbox playlist. And another food related title, with a link to #synthesis and #effects

This one is the first part of two tracks I recorded on the #behringer #neutron, using the same basic sequence from a #korg #sq1, but with a different feel between the two parts.

No drums, as I relied completely on the Neutron 2 oscillators for all sound generation. #music #soundcloud #livetronica #electronica #electronicmusic

"Hot Sauce Feedback"

Another experiment in #minimalist #ambient #music with the portable #Behringer #Neutron. The built in delay & distortion built into it helps a lot, I don't have to carry much to make complete tracks. Sequenced from the #Korg SQ1. Recorded in the great outdoors directly to a Tascam digital recorder. Great North Carolina weather recently, so these sessions are doubly enjoyable.

So I've gotten my hands on another Nintendo DS and another copy of Korg DS-10 ... Gotta say, "multiplayer mode" is disappointing - it can't do songs, only patterns that each device is responsible for changing on time, but the host controls tempo and sync across all devices so that's kinda fun... You're not getting 4-note polyphony in multiplayer mode so much as mashing up patterns from 2 different sequencers ... Have yet to play with cross-device file(?) sync (also found out that although my shoulder buttons are broke on my old DS I can still get to everything with the UI buttons)
... Also it seems my 'R4 upgrade' whatever has decided to stop working for some reason, not sure if it's the 2gb sd card (which I always thought was a bootleg SanDisk) or the device itself - so no homebrew stuff until I figure that out...

I opened my #korg kr mini rhythm drum machine to see if I can't get the tempo pulse somewhere. I'm still trying to figure out how to pull the board out, blocked by the speaker. There are 2 nuts holding the speaker but the bolt turns with them. But I'm looking at the board and I'm like "why is there a piezo in this drum machine". That's the real mystery. The pads are buttons and you can't set tempo by tapping the case, so what is it used for? It is soldered to CN6
