A second thought occurred to me after the initial "Any company that does AI interviews is deeply unserious and should be avoided as an employer at all costs".
At least according to German data privacy laws, you generally cannot record a person without their consent.
But an AI is not a "person" in the legal sense, right? (And at the present time and for many decades to come, it is not a "person" in any other sense of the word...) So is there any legal problem with the interviewee recording the entire interview and sharing choice bits with the rest of the world for their amusement?
