FREE MAJA, FREE ALL ANTIFAS

Ohne Handel kein Wandel

🕒 12.5. um 19 Uhr
📍 KoLa Leipzig eG (kolaleipzig.de/), Engelsdorfer Straße 99, 04425 Taucha

@threatresearch Yet, that is a very small number of people for such a huge cause. Compare the 25,000 at the Denver rally to the 111,000 who show up EVERY Saturday for a University of Michigan football game. That’s a big stadium, but it is just one team among all the football games that day. Rallies like the Bernie/AOC event need to draw a million people before they will have an impact. They have to be loud, angry and #disrupt a city for days.

We must limit executive overreach.

# 🚨 URGENT: CALL TO ACTION 🚨

The current administration has made it clear: profits over people. We refuse to stand by while they dismantle our rights, our communities, and our #future.

We are not just numbers. We are not just #consumers. We are the #People.

We reject #fascism. We reject the #oligarchy. We reject any system that places #profit, #power, or #privilege over human #dignity.

50501 is not just a movement—it’s a national call for justice that’s already making waves. On February 5th, thousands of you showed up, proving that when we rise together, we are unstoppable.

Now, we need you again.

***This is our next moment. Our next stand. Our next show of strength.***

On February 17th, we unite nationwide for a Day of #Action.

A day to #resist. A day to #disrupt. A day to #reclaim our power.

We are asking YOU to take 5 Steps of #Resistance:

🔥 1. SHOW UP: Attend or #organize a #protest in your city. Make our #voices impossible to ignore.

🧠 2. STRATEGIZE: Meet with local #organizers. Strengthen our #movement from the ground up.

📢 3. FLOOD THE SYSTEM: Call, #email, and write to your representatives—demand action and #accountability.

✊ 4. AMPLIFY: Bring at least one new person into the movement. Grow our force.

💙 5. PROTECT YOUR POWER: Take a moment of self-care. Your joy, your rest, and your #resilience are acts of #defiance.

**📅 Mark your calendar. Spread the word. Be ready.**

🚨 FEBRUARY 17 – WE RISE TOGETHER. 🚨

Let's go, disrupt capitalism, create future.

Though there is no evidence that the new inroads are aimed at anything other than gathering #intelligence, some of the techniques & resources employed are associated w/those used in the past year by a #China-backed group known as #VoltTyphoon…. #US intelligence ofcls said that group sought access to equipment at Pacific #ports & other #infrastructure to enable China to sow #panic & #disrupt America’s ability to move #troops, #weaponry & supplies to #Taiwan if armed conflict breaks out.

For three long years, a group of #police #officers and U.S. #lawmakers who have ⭐#sued Donald Trump in his private capacity for his conduct on Jan. 6 ⭐️have awaited trial

The "domino effect" of the 🔸Supreme Court’s presidential #immunity #ruling 🔸now seems poised to #disrupt the case again and potentially irk a judge who plainly expressed his desire to get the case tried before autumn.

The consolidated case is 🌟Lee v. Trump, 🌟and it is before U.S. District Judge #Amit #Mehta, a former public defender and appointee of former President Barack Obama.

Law&Crime attended the remote status conference on Tuesday and learned that the parties have continued to engage in several rounds of negotiations over evidence in discovery and that they have also issued subpoenas to entities like the U.S. Secret Service and Metropolitan Police Department for records pertinent to Jan. 6.

But according to attorneys for the plaintiffs as well as attorneys for Trump, ♦️neither the Secret Service nor the Metropolitan Police Department ♦️have yet responded to subpoenas sent more than five weeks ago.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs told Mehta that the deadline they put on response for their subpoenas sent earlier this year was June 18.

A spokesperson for MPD declined to comment on pending litigation and a request for comment to the Secret Service was also declined to Law&Crime on Friday.

Mehta found this lack of responsiveness curious,
and on Tuesday he said he would reach out to the D.C. Attorney General’s Office to determine whether the subpoenas were #lost in the mail
or if the Secret Service or the MPD’s custodian of records were being #nonresponsive.

While concerned, the judge appeared 🔹determined to keep moving the civil case down the tracks 🔹and ordered the parties to disclose the names of those individuals they intend to depose or obtain declarations from
💥no later than Aug. 23.

As Law&Crime reported, 👉 it was in April when Mehta set down a Sept. 11 deadline for the parties to complete discovery specific to immunity issues Trump may want to raise.

“I do want to get to summary judgment briefing this fall and get this done,” Mehta said Tuesday.

Much of the discovery is publicly sourced material and so far, according to attorneys for the National Archives who attended the status conference,
♦️the National Archives has produced 1,500 of 4,700 total documents flagged for the matter. ♦️

The records pertain to Trump’s🔹 “Stop the Steal” rally at the Ellipse,
🔹official communication between government officials about that rally,
🔹the logistics for how Trump got to the Ellipse and left,
🔹and communications about his speech.

✅No concerns over privilege issues are expected by Trump’s lawyers or the plaintiffs.

During the status conference, it was also revealed by federal prosecutors that they have ✅received roughly 1,650 pages of records from the Interior Department
so far and that the department is on track to finish this production by Aug. 19.

Mehta has spent months holding fast to the Sept. 11 deadline,
but ⚠️with so many competing deadlines in the weeks ahead,
as Law&Crime explores in every venue where Trump is charged below,
the federal judge may soon find himself woefully disappointed and, along with the plaintiffs, waiting yet again.

The polls remain close,

and with #democracy truly on the ballot,
this is no time for complacency or business as usual.

Trump will stop at nothing to win,
and we’ve seen him seek to #disrupt and ignore #elections in the past.

Foreign enemies, like Vladimir #Putin,
have a huge stake in a Trump victory,
and we know they are already #meddling in the election.

Meanwhile, the #media and members of the #GOP are busy 🔸normalizing the abnormal.🔸

The Democracy Future Project’s exercises can’t tell us whether the descent into authoritarianism will be fast or slow if Trump wins.

Most likely, it will involve a combination of highly visible steps and subtler,
possibly even more dangerous changes
--far from view.

But the exercises make it clear that should Trump win in November,
there is every reason to expect the worst.

And that’s why there is also every reason to
prepare for the worst case.

If those who care about democracy start coordinating now to shore up democracy’s defenses,
we’ll have a fighting chance of slowing or preventing Trump’s most egregious plans
should he regain the White House.

And while we start planning for this dark future,
at the same time we need to focus intensively
on ⭐️winning this election. ⭐

We have a new candidate who is pulling no punches,
and within the last week we have seen a surge ✅
in momentum,
creativity, leadership, and purpose.

We must build on that.

Because given the politically biased and corrupt #Supreme #Court,
the commitment of #MAGA Republicans on the Hill to political hackery,
and the grim determination of #Trump and his sycophantic allies to act on his repeated autocratic threats,
our #best chance
—and possibly our #last chance
—to preserve our democracy will be in November.
