As groups vilified and threatened by Republican economics and Republican foot-dragging in Congress, and by Republican thugs in the streets, these imbeciles can't wait for Republican Hitler to solve their single-issue problem that Republican Congresses fought to not solve for generations. Perhaps they should deport themselves. It will save their hero the expense, and the rest of us from the incorrect assumption that they gave a damn about anything but themselves.

One of the first acts of Oregon's provisional government in the 1840s was to bar Black people from settling or owning land in the region. Both Oregon Territory and the State of Oregon passed further anti-Black measures. Despite this, Black settlers came anyway. Now an effort to memorialize the homestead of one of Oregon’s first Black farmers shows the complicated history of land and race in the state.
