This year, two bills have the most support, with 11 Senate co-sponsors and 17 in the House. The #grassroots campaign is gaining momentum, especially after COVID revealed healthcare #inequality. The goal is to create a model for nationwide change. But it all depends on public pressure.

#SCOTUS allows #HHS to divert funds over #abortion referrals

The #SupremeCourt Tues cleared the way for the #Biden admin to strip millions of #HealthCare dollars from #Oklahoma over its refusal to direct patients to info about #abortions — a federal req that the state says would be at odds w/its strict #AbortionBan.

Last yr, the Biden admin diverted $4.5M from OK’s #FamilyPlanning prgm, which primarily serves #LowIncome or #uninsured patients.
