I lay in bed last night and suddenly this thought popped into my head:

Imagine being a politician who goes after THE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY DISABLED'S money before it goes after the money of BILLIONAIRES.

Take a billion from a multi-billionaire and they have effectively lost nothing. They won't notice it. But take £10 from a disabled person and they certainly will miss it.

The physically and mentally disabled have it hard enough as it is. WHY PICK ON THEM?

I used to be good at occasionally writing to MPs. Never really achieved anything but the raindrop becomes a torrent and the pebble an avalanche as they say, or something like that.

But I've got an autistic demand avoidance thing going on and I've had it for a while now. So I thought I'd ask...

Has anybody determined the most effective protocol for getting through to.an MP, or at last registering a view with them? Email or letter? One per issue or compound them into one? Optimal time between contact? Formal or friendly? Green or red ink? (the last one was a joke)

So Brexitier Crispin Odey avoided the sexual assault charge yet was naughty enough to be fined over a million pounds...hmmmm....

"The 66-year-old Conservative and Brexit donor intends to challenge the decision, which relates to his behaviour between December 2021 and November 2022, in the upper tribunal."

All the usual suspects are suddenly experts in Mental Health, none of them are reflecting the reality, but it's easier to blame the Disabled that Tax The Rich, isn't it?

Sharing this also for "Tony Blair, whose transformation into know-nothing golf-club pontificator is still startling after all this time "
