This 40-year-old #ArmyVeteran picked up a 13-year-old boy by the throat and slammed him to the ground causing a #seizure, a fractured skull, and bleeding from the ears. He did this because the kid didn't remove his hat for the National Anthem at a rodeo. His lawyer said he believed he was doing what #Trump wanted him to do.

My smartwatch says that I was "awake" from 11:20pm until 1:30am last night. The thing is, I have no memory of being awake at all during that time. Given how tired I am this morning, though, I almost believe it.

It determines "awake" from the sensors picking up movement, as best I can tell. I'm thinking I may have had an extended #seizure during that time. Either that, or I was sleepwalking. It's not been this far off since I got it in late 2022.

I haven't posted this on my site yet, but there have been a few developments likely related to the seizure of #BreachForums. As a preview, recall that Kantonspolizei Zürich were one of the cooperating entities in the takedown and that the seizure notice had two avatars behind bars: one was Baphomet, the other was a default avatar that has been used by a number of people, but is not the avatar of the forum owner ShinyHunters.

Law enforcement has yet to issue any press release or answer any questions about the takedown.

Developments:

#ShinyHunters was notified by #CloudFlare that they had received a court order ordering CF to cancel BF's account. CF complied with the court order. (Source: ShinyHunters shared text copy of CF communication with DataBreaches)

CF did not tell ShinyHunters what court had ordered that, so Shiny asked them to provide a copy of the order if there was no gag order with it, or to at least say what court ordered it so it could be appealed. They have not gotten a response from CF as yet to that request.

On May 15, the same day as the takedown, Switzerland Services sent customers a notice stating, in part, that "all our network equipment and servers in Switzerland were confiscated yesterday by Swiss police due to a local prosecutor order and therefore all services in Switzerland are currently unavailable and all data can de considered as lost and compromised."

ShinyHunters had previously told DataBreaches that BF has used servers and services in Switzerland.

ShinyHunters has also claimed to be in Switzerland. DataBreaches does not know if that is true or not.

Me: Runs to living room. “Drew, are you having a seizure?”
Drew: glub glub glub, lots more drooling
Me: “Get the magnet, it’s a seizure!”

2 1/2 minutes grand mal but we stopped it by using the magnet. Scary.

His seizures can look different each time, so we all have to pay attention. Grateful his powerful magnet makes his VNS device deliver a jolt that stops the seizure.

Doctors have to have more clues before we know what kind of doctor order what kind of testing. 12 specialists so it gets tricky. It would be so nice if it turned out to be something like a UTI or constipation because they are easier to diagnose and have quick testing. Believe me no doctor wants to be the one who initiates treatment or testing because it’s complicated. #Seizure #SeizureDisorder #Alzheimers #Dementia

The plot thickens. Drew had a seizure this morning and hour ago. It didn’t go full grand mal but lasted 2 minutes. So, more evidence to inform his doctors. The whole thing this week with his Orc rampages is “something is wrong but we can’t figure out what it is”. So far he hasn’t exploded with rage and ate well. Sausage biscuits and gravy and big omelette. Crossing fingers. But it’s only 1:30 pm and the day is long. #Seizure #SeizureDisorder #Alzheimers #Dementia
