Yesterday I re-modded my Fender 60 Years Anniversary American Telecaster.

At some point I made a custom control plate with a much more convenient Switchraft pickup toggle and two volume knobs.

Then I installed a set of Seymour Duncan Vintage Stack pickups.

But kept 250K pots. Big mistake - yesterday I redone all the wiring with Gavitt and put 500K pots in. Wow. Wow again.

Fooled around with looper and my new pedals - that's all guitar 🎸

The 1994 Chinook affair drags on. The MOD has fought a tough rearguard action, blaming the pilots (who were flying an aircraft that appeared far from airworthy), then hiding behind the mechanism of sealing the documents on the crash until 2094! They are now claiming ‘data protection laws’ prevent them telling the truth. Many arses are being covered here. What else do they have to hide?

An excerpt from the article, text reads ‘Mark Stephens a solicitor with the legal firm Howard Kennedy, said: "The statements issued by the Ministry of Defence in recent days are so blatantly at odds with the facts as we now know them that they have caused immense upset to the families and cast a further cruel and disgraceful shadow on this ongoing travesty of justice. "We know that the RAF helicopter carrying the 29 service personnel who were killed, serving their country, had been grounded because of fatal flaws in the software on board. We know that the Mark 2 Chinook was considered 'positively dangerous' at the time by test engineers at Boscombe Down, and that they mandated the aircraft be grounded. Yet Chinook ZD 576 took off and crashed and someone ordered that grounded aircraft to leave the ground. "For the MoD to claim that this was a 'tragic accident' flies in the face of the facts and is blatantly and disgracefully at odds with the truth. It is nothing short of dishonest, deceitful and disingenuous and we demand a retraction.”’
