Great Olympics story!
Arshad Nadeem is the son of a poor construction worker from a village called Mian Chunnu, in Pakistan.
The people of the village raised money for his training, and he had to fundraise for a new javelin to train for these Olympics as the one he had used for the past 8 years was damaged.
He made it to the Olympics and set a new record, and won Pakistan's first individual gold medal! 
And he broke the Olympic record too
