Google Voice errors are randomly blocking message delivery

Why are Google Voice messages failing to go through and causing 'acceptable use' errors?

There is something very wrong with Google Voice right now.

Going back about a week now, users have been experiencing message delivery errors.
The errors pop up at random & point to Voice’s acceptable use policy.
Could be tied to industry-wide changes how texts from non-mobile numbers are handled.

I also use FB Messenger but *nothing* goes there that needs to be secure. do not trust Meta to keep anything secure AND keep it safe.
