Comment le silence des médias occidentaux permet l’assassinat des journalistes palestiniens

Hossam Shabat et Mohammad Mansour sont les derniers journalistes palestiniens à avoir été tués à Gaza. Une partie de la responsabilité de cet assassinat incombe à leurs homologues occidentaux, lesquels ont échoué à couvrir correctement l’assaut génocidaire d’Israël.

Le 24 mars 2025, nous avons, une fois de plus, assisté à l’assassinat délibéré d’un journaliste palestinien. Hossam Shabat, reporter de 24 ans pour Al Jazeera Mubasher et collaborateur de Drop Site News, a été assassiné lors d’une frappe aérienne israélienne visant son véhicule dans le nord de la bande de Gaza. Quelques heures plus tôt, Mohammad Mansour, correspondant de Palestine Today, était lui aussi tué à Khan Younis.

Dans son dernier message, Hossam a formulé une requête : « Ne cessez pas de parler de Gaza. Ne laissez pas le monde détourner le regard. Continuez à vous battre, continuez à raconter nos histoires, jusqu’à ce que la Palestine soit libre ».

> BREAKING | Axios: Israel plans to reoccupy 25% of Gaza in the coming weeks as part of a “maximum pressure” campaign to force the Palestinian resistance into a new prisoner exchange deal, a senior Israeli official said.

The move has already begun, displacing Palestinians who had returned home after the January ceasefire. If no agreement is reached, officials say the military could reoccupy most of the strip and force over 2 million people into a small “humanitarian zone.”
