My 4 year old son drew a picture of a imaginary bird on a branch. And a another one today. Almost exactly similar without any reference except memory and imagination. There's something I really like about it. 
I have to buy better art supplies for my boys, as they really seem to be more and more interested about drawing.

Pranked my office coworkers with this little gem this morning! First in-person April 1st in 4-5 years
"I don't kowtow to bullies." I say to my toddler telling me to move over on "her" bed.
My 5-yr-old loves taking pictures and videos, so we let him have Mama's almost-20-year-old digital point-and-shoot.
He thinks using the flash is cool. Our dog, we've just learned, DOES NOT: dog started acting weird like there was gonna be bad weather, but it was just that he thought the flash was lightning.

My daughters school dance theme is “Back to the 90’s” and I am feeling a way
I'm so jealous of all the videos I see of dads manicuring their lawns already.
I just want to get out there and rake and over-seed and fertilize my precious lawn. Make cute little lawn stripes and then judge my neighbors for their brown, weed-infested grass.
BUT I still have piles of snow on my lawn that haven't melted away yet!

Wheeew! I've been quite silent a few days.
Hard to open up the phone/computer without getting a motherload of shit thrown at your face.
Been tinkering a lot with filters and turning notifications off.
Also been reading the the news with Lynx. 
I have found that going through the TO-DO list for home improvement stuff is a meditative exercise for me. Lucky for me, that list is long in my household.
