This dancing bones phenomena reminds me kinda of an Old-School Essentials adventure a friend ran for us a few months back.

In our case a crypt was full of skeletons, dancing to recapture something they enjoyed in life. They were happy to dance with us but gradually got belligerent, wanting to strip the flesh from our bones and wear it so they could taste the piles of food they had acquired. The fact this didn't actually work didn't stop them trying.

Today's #Undead lineup was mostly 90s #Vampires movies I have in the collection; started with a #Dracula double feature #BramStoker Dracula 1992, Dracula 2000, then Buffy the vampire slayer 1992, #StephenKings Sleepwalkers 1992, #AnneRice Interview with a Vampire 1994 (I hate everything about the casting of this movie except Kristen Dunst as Claudia) & Queen of the damned 2002 (at least the casting was better but the soundtrack was awesome) #MyHorrorfest #HorrorMovie #Horror

September is dedicated to the #Undead in particular #Vampires & #Zombies so rise up my friends! I remember a vampire movie being my 1st introduction to the #Horror world at the age of 6. To this day I still haven't figured out the name of that movie, all I know is it was out before 1974 (the year I saw it) & I remember a few of the key scenes so every year I scan all the streaming services I have access to looking for classic vampire movies in hopes that this year I'll find it! #MyHorrorfest

Aug 1 is the start to 🎶 the most wonderful time of my year! 🎵 #MyHorrorfest is a 5 month marathon broken down into 5 categories of #Possessions, #Undead, #Killers, #Disasters & #CreatureFeatures. Surprisingly last year I watched 665 movies + various series in the 5 months & I think it's funny that I was 1 shy of 666! I didn't even realize it until today when I was looking up the numbers from last year that I put on a post note & stuck to the inside cover of my movie/series watching journal.
