This was my first time coming in person to the RBMS Conference since the pandemic, and a couple of people came up today to say that some of the work I’ve done with this organization has been meaningful and important to them, and gosh that felt good. As much as my introverted heart is capable of feeling energized and in community on a social occasion, I really felt that today. #RBMS25

Getting a tour of the art library at Yale, deigned by modernist architect Paul Rudolph, including it’s distinctive “Paprika” carpeting. It’s wonderfully liberating to hear somebody present about a worthwhile project that didn’t really go anywhere because she got a better job halfway through and the library was too understaffed to keep it going. It was still interesting and worth hearing about. #relatable #RBMS25
