Tonight I share #Niko's face, because he had a minor injury on today's walk (see post #2 below). This photo shows that he had fully recovered by the time we got to the shade at the school.
Gracie provided moral support for us all, she sends

They are not at all convinced.
You would not be able to tell by this photo (taken around 3:30pm today) that the morning began with hail and that there's actual snow on the tops of the nearby mountains.

No rain here yet, but we saw lots of beautiful lightning from a storm Southeast of us (too far away for us to hear thunderI), and that's the right direction for monsoons to roll in.
#Gracie and #Niko enjoyed the view, even though it was still very warm out there. Niko did a headshake right at photo time and would like you to think he's a scary ghost doggo!

I would come home and sit on the floor and cry if my puppy did this
