I've been experimenting around local food for some time, such as cassava to make bread, etc. This time I'm testing ideas around sweet corn (maize), mainly new #popcorn recipes with what people love in #Benin...
Today did 3 tests:
1 - chili pepper - peanut - parsley
2 - chili pepper with fish salt - gari (a form of cassava flour)
3 - chili pepper - pure cacao

So far #2 is today's winner.
#3 tastes OK when cold, but not for everyone...
#1 needs more work...
