Without necessity, the European Commission is destroying the globally praised #GDPR. Just because it is too annoying for some companies to keep a register of how and why they process which personal data, they are now exempt from this duty.

In the end, this supposed 'reduction of bureaucracy' is a disservice to the companies, because they remain fully responsible for the misuse of the data processed by them, but have less overview of possible vulnerabilities without a proper register.

A loose-loose situation for business and consumers.
