We have already seen Supreme Court Justices #ClarenceThomas, #SamuelAlito, and #BrettKavanaugh bought by wealthy benefactors.

Without a #wealthTax, social secure elites like #LeonardLeo and #HarlanCrow can effectively pass Supreme Court seats down to their children.

And SCOTUS will make it legal to resell them to 3rd-parties just like in olden times. Splendid!

#Bribe-fattened #SCOTUS #Justices, as part of the #secureSocialElites, have turned the #SupremeCourt into a #venalPublicOffice by ruling that #Corruption Law did not apply to tips, gifts, and payments meant to reward actions taken by state and local officials.

They did this by distinguishing after-the-fact rewards for #officialAction from before-the-fact bribes.

The 6-to-3 ruling, which split along ideological lines, was the latest in a series of decisions cutting back federal anti-corruption laws. Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, writing for a conservative majority, said that the question in the case was whether federal law makes it a crime for state and local officials to accept such gratuities after the fact. He wrote, “The answer is no.”

⬆️ I tagged the above #FalseHopes because that's what #HeritageFoundation president #KevinRoberts — who is part of the #secureSocialElites — is relying on in his opening salvo of #SecondAmericanRevolution.

He should learn from the tragic and violent #FrenchRevolution in which the mass of people who were NOT ordinarily predisposed to violence were nonetheless swept away and were consumed by it, only to the ultimate detriment of the secure social elite and the #monarchy.
