#TIL that #ADHD affects similar areas of the brain that get affected when a person experiences trauma. So at varying levels, those of us who have ADHD *can* be walking around with a form of #PTSD as well.

Someone said that what a neurodivergent views as CONTEXT,
a neurotypical will usually view as an *excuse*,
and when I tell y'all this hits me SO HARD
