@eucup The European countries, and any ally thereof, should boycott the event with the motivation that they are spending all their international soccer money on their militaries.
It would be interesting to see what would happen if the Europeans actually did boycott the tournament.
Having America turn on them in a middle of a war while lifting sanctions on the thug ready to murder them, plus dragging them into price wars to sabotage everybody’s economies, except for the thug’s, shouldn’t be a high motivator for the Europeans + allies to put more money into America, money that America will use to further undercut them and supporting their enemy.
Remember, Europe isn’t sending one team to the World Cup. Together with Brazil, Argentina, and perhaps Colombia, it’s the whole show and the reason for the world paying attention.
Not exactly a Europe First response from the EU.

Die Ironie ist nicht, dass Glücksspiel in Deutschland neuerdings legal ist, des offenen Marktes wegen, für den es geheime Gesetze gibt, um den strengen Spielerschutz zu umgehen, der vorher eingeführt wurde.

Die Ironie ist, dass wir bei Lootboxen und Kartenpaketen in Videospielen angeblich ja gar nicht wissen, was Glücksspiel ist. Aber es musste erst legalisiert werden.
